The exhibition will be open on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 September 2025. The sponsor packages available are listed below:

Gold Sponsorship - £2000 +VAT

Your company’s logo on the ICMR 2025 website, to include your company name, a 200-word profile and a link to your company website under gold sponsor

Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under gold sponsor

Recognition with logo displayed during the opening session

Full-page advertisement in the digital conference programme

Exhibition stand to include a table, chairs, and access to power and Wi-Fi

2x staff to support the stand throughout the conference: to include access to conference sessions, refreshments and lunch, and 2x tickets to the conference dinner

Silver Sponsorship - £1500 +VAT

Your company’s logo on the ICMR 2025 website, to include your company name, a 100-word profile and a link to your company website under silver sponsor

Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under silver sponsor

Half-page advertisement in the digital conference programme

Exhibition stand to include a table, chairs, and access to power and Wi-Fi

1x staff to support the stand throughout the conference: to include refreshments and lunch

Bronze Sponsorship - £1000 +VAT

Your company’s logo on the ICMR 2025 website with a link to your company website

Your logo included in the digital conference brochure under bronze sponsor
